How a Project Runs
You call or send the form. Someone comes out, looks at the slab and the ground around it, and asks what you want it to do. You get a written estimate that spells out the scope: what comes out, what goes under the new concrete, the finish, the permit and the cleanup. If you go ahead, the work gets scheduled, the permit gets filed where one is needed, and the crew leaves the site clean when the pour is done.
None of this is a selling point. Base preparation, reinforcement matched to the load, joints in the right places and a proper cure are the basics of concrete that lasts here. The point is to actually do them instead of trimming them to shave a few hundred dollars off a bid.
